Event Ushers (Females Only)

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional female ushers to represent our company at an upcoming event in Karachi from October 20th to 22nd. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in welcoming guests, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and safe experience throughout the event. This is a paid opportunity exclusively for residents of Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with relevant event information.
- Assist attendees by sharing company details and answering any questions they may have.
- Manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the booth to maintain order and efficiency.
- Distribute program materials and ensure guests have everything they need for the event.
- Monitor the event area to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- Address any guest concerns or emergencies in a professional and calm manner.
- Support the set-up and breakdown of the event site as required.
- Work closely with the core event team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Required Qualifications

- Female candidates only.
- Friendly, approachable, and presentable with a strong personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse attendees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Calm and composed under pressure, especially in crowded or fast-paced environments.
- Punctual, reliable, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate well within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Previous experience in a similar ushering or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Basic understanding of event management and customer service principles will be beneficial.
- This role requires availability for the full duration of the event from October 20th to 22nd in Karachi.
