EWM/MM on S/4 HANA - Senior Solution Architect - L5

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP EWM Solution Architect with 12 to 15 years of SAP consulting expertise, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading end-to-end warehouse and procurement transformation projects, designing scalable SAP EWM/MM solutions that align with business goals. This role involves working across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi, with a notice period ranging from immediate to 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP EWM/MM implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs in global settings. Design and deploy comprehensive warehouse and inventory management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. Facilitate business workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and oversee solution design and architecture reviews. Drive seamless integration across SAP EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, TM, and other enterprise systems. Provide solution leadership for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, replenishment, physical inventory, and warehouse automation initiatives. Support pre-sales efforts by preparing solution proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, estimating project efforts, and delivering client presentations. Mentor project teams and offer architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

12 to 15 years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 8 years focused on SAP EWM and MM modules. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM, including decentralized EWM and SAP Best Practices. Extensive knowledge of warehouse management processes such as inbound, outbound, replenishment, kitting, cross-docking, physical inventory, yard management, handling unit (HU) management, and value-added services. Strong understanding of MM processes including procurement, inventory management, material master data, purchasing, and warehouse integration. Proven experience in integrating EWM/MM with SAP SD, PP, QM, PM, TM, and other modules. Familiarity with RF Framework, RFID, barcode integration, label printing, PPF actions, BRF+, Fiori apps, and warehouse automation technologies. Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects, interface development, IDOCs, functional specifications, and solution governance. Excellent client-facing skills, stakeholder management, and solution architecture capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Industry Experience

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and supply chain is highly desirable.
