Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models to support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Design and optimize Excel dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Utilize Power Query to transform and consolidate data from multiple sources efficiently.
- Create and maintain VBA macros to automate recurring tasks and streamline workflows.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends and data-driven insights.
- Validate data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and tools.
- Document solutions thoroughly and maintain version control of files.
- Continuously improve Excel-based tools to meet evolving business and client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data analysis techniques for effective data collection, transformation, and evaluation.
- Experience in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Excel VBA for automation and custom function development.
- Skilled in using Power Query for data transformation and integration from multiple sources.
- Proven ability to design user-friendly Excel dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
