Al Ghurair Properties is seeking a dedicated Property Executive to enhance the tenant experience with a primary focus on lease renewals across its residential portfolio. In this role, you will act as a vital link between tenants, the Leasing team, and Operations, ensuring a seamless and positive renewal process. Your efforts will contribute to tenant satisfaction and retention, encouraging residents to continue their stay with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve tenant retention and satisfaction throughout the residential portfolio by maintaining strong tenant relationships.
- Clearly communicate company policies and procedures to tenants, managing their expectations during the lease renewal process.
- Collaborate closely with the Leasing team (handling both new leases and renewals), Finance, Legal, Operations, and the Contact Center to address and resolve tenant issues impacting renewal decisions.
- Proactively follow up with tenants on concerns raised by Operations, especially when tenants are difficult to reach, and encourage timely corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for management that reflect tenant living experiences and satisfaction levels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and increase tenant retention.
- Support the Property Manager in daily departmental activities to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management, including at least 1 year as a Property Executive.
- Proven expertise in customer service, relationship management, conflict resolution, effective communication, planning and organizing, decision-making, results orientation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Certified specialized courses in relevant real estate fields are an advantage.
- Experience working within the Dubai real estate market, covering both freehold and non-freehold properties.
- Background with reputable real estate developers or landlords, demonstrating a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and excellent customer experience scores.
