Executive Assistant female (experienced)

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our retail business located in Shahalam Market, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support roles and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. This position requires a professional who can efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, handle confidential information, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The working hours for this role are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and the candidate must be available to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and safeguard confidential documents to ensure security and privacy.
- Prepare invoices, financial statements, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain both electronic and paper records, ensuring all information is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and managing follow-ups.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned by the CEO.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the overall efficiency of the business by completing all administrative duties promptly and accurately, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic management.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and handling confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred, as it will aid in managing business processes and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an advantage.

- This is an in-person role based in Shahalam Market, Lahore.
