Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, including managing product listings, inventory control, and sales strategies across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with platform teams to develop and align strategies aimed at driving sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, strategies, and opportunities to support business expansion. Communicate findings to the executive team and lead the execution of these strategies.
- Create product graphics and other creative assets to enhance eCommerce initiatives.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, invoicing, inventory data, product listings, and generate reports as needed.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to add business value while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner who takes instructions well and executes them flawlessly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proficient with software tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Experience with AI tools and the ability to leverage them for increased productivity and creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the eCommerce or technology sector.
