We are a partner-led investment and advisory platform operating across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our expertise spans transactions, debt and real estate structuring, and we are actively building our own acquisition pipeline. Current projects include a hotel development in Saudi Arabia, IPO-readiness engagements, family office advisory, and US real estate investments. We are establishing a new office in Pakistan, which will serve as the back office for our acquisition platform. These initial hires will play a crucial role in shaping the office’s structure and operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the partners’ schedules across Pakistan, Gulf, UK, and US time zones, prioritizing and protecting their time effectively rather than simply booking appointments.
- Track follow-ups diligently to ensure no client, lead, or commitment is overlooked or delayed.
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and document flow between partners and external parties.
- Maintain and update the contact and pipeline logs, and develop an organized filing system for our various entities.
- Keep accurate expense records and basic accounting for project companies.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend operational tools and systems to improve efficiency; decisions will be based on your input rather than pre-set choices.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience supporting senior executives or managing operations within a professional services environment.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and counterparties internationally.
- Proactive attitude, comfortable with following up persistently with partners rather than waiting for instructions.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive transaction materials from the outset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, to a degree that may be considered meticulous by others.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Direct access to partners and early exposure to live, cross-border transactions from the first week.
- Genuine ownership of the role, with the opportunity to build and shape the operational function rather than inheriting existing processes.
- Competitive compensation aligned with the top of the local market for the right candidate.
- Career growth potential as the Pakistan office expands, with the role evolving into a chief of staff position over time.
- Work location is in person at DHA Phase 5.

Applicants will be asked to provide details on their experience supporting senior executives, managing multi-time zone calendars, and the tools or systems they use to ensure commitments are tracked and completed without fail. Demonstrating samples or examples of calendar management and organizational systems is encouraged.

This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership, thrive in a dynamic environment, and contribute directly to the growth of a cross-border investment platform.
