What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means quickly gaining a comprehensive understanding of Pillar’s end-to-end operating model and creating transparency across physician practices, patient journeys, provider support, documentation, and billing workflows. You will identify and resolve key operational bottlenecks, enhance workflows, strengthen accountability, and establish meaningful reporting that reduces recurring issues. Over time, you will contribute to building an operating system that supports significant growth in physician practices and patient volume without proportional increases in operational complexity. The ultimate objective is to create a seamless operation where physician practices receive consistent support, patients experience smooth program navigation, providers are well-supported, leadership has clear visibility into performance, and manual interventions decrease as the company scales.
