Executive Costing

Roshan Packages Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Executive to join its Flexible Packaging Division at the Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing costing, SAP, and financial reporting. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accurate costing data and support financial decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product pre-costing and post-costing reports to support production planning and financial analysis.
- Execute production order and job closing activities efficiently to maintain accurate costing records.
- Update and maintain costing data within SAP Business One to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly costing and financial reports for management review.
- Analyze material consumption, production variances, and manufacturing costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support inventory valuation and conduct detailed cost analysis to assist in financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting processes, cost control measures, and profitability analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to gather and verify costing information.
- Develop comprehensive costing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing costing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- ACCA or ACMA part-qualified or finalist status will be an advantage.
- Experience in the Flexible Packaging or Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Roshan Packages Limited offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs95,000 per month.
