Executive Housekeeper

Indigo Heights Hotel in Lahore is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and service areas.
- Ensure timely cleaning, inspection, and release of rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and overall presentation.
- Manage housekeeping staff by preparing duty rosters, monitoring attendance, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office team regarding room status updates, guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Monitor and control inventory of linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and other materials to minimize costs and reduce wastage.
- Address guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed departmental reports and maintain accurate housekeeping records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a relevant diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a reputable hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping standard operating procedures, room inspections, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrated capability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through efficient staff management and quality control.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site at Indigo Heights Hotel in Lahore.
