Executive KPIs & Analysis

This role is focused on supporting the setting and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments including HQ Commercial, Technical, Support, Regional RGMs, and other relevant divisions. The position involves regular assessment of KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the strategic design, management, and execution of KPI target evaluations across different timeframes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide comprehensive tracking of KPIs and metrics for all relevant departments.
- Verify evidence submitted by departments against their KPI targets and calculate departmental and individual KPI scores accordingly.
- Monitor and report approved KPI scores to cross-functional team stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses as requested by management.
- Continuously improve the quality and alignment of KPIs with industry best practices.
- Drive initiatives to automate the current KPI target setting and evaluation processes.
- Proactively highlight any lapses or concerns related to KPI targets to management in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Financial Analysis team by undertaking additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications such as CA (Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW, CIMA, or an MBA in Finance are preferred.
- Up to 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
