Executive LMS Content Developer

This role reports directly to the LMS Manager and focuses on the development and management of e-learning content within the organization’s training framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments that transform regulatory and operational information into engaging, learner-centered materials. Maintaining content accuracy through version control and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards are critical aspects of this position. Collaboration with subject matter experts and instructors is essential to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training materials. Additionally, the role involves periodic review and updating of training content to keep it current and impactful. The candidate will also support ongoing initiatives related to the selection, enhancement, and upgrading of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to improve training quality. Other duties may include tasks related to LMS or simulator-based training as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments tailored to learner needs.
- Convert regulatory and operational content into clear, learner-centered training materials.
- Ensure strict content version control and maintain regulatory compliance across all training resources.
- Coordinate closely with subject matter experts and instructors to validate and enhance training content.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Assist in the selection, enhancement, and upgrading of LMS platforms to support high-quality training delivery.
- Perform any additional tasks related to LMS or simulator training as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role involving LMS and training content development.
- Aviation background with flying experience, preferably on the A320 aircraft.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and strong computer skills, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
