Executive Marketing

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various stages of marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and meet client expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze consumer engagement to optimize marketing efforts. The position is full-time and based in Karachi, with an expectation for reliable commuting or relocation prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research and brainstorming sessions at each phase of the project to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Delegate tasks to members of the graphics and advertising departments as necessary, ensuring clear communication and direction.
- Supervise the work of employees, providing guidance and clarification to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere strictly to client specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate team efforts to guarantee timely and successful completion of campaigns within established deadlines.
- Manage projects within allocated timeframes and budget constraints, maintaining financial discipline.
- Monitor changes in consumer engagement following campaign launches to assess impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients to inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a marketing executive or in a similar marketing role.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite or comparable social media management tools.
- Strong research and writing skills, particularly focused on marketing content and strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including delegation and team development.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A respectful attitude towards colleagues and openness to diverse ideas.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of Rs75,000 per month. The role requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi, with a reliable commute or plans to relocate before joining the team.
