The Executive Marketing Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. This position is responsible for steering SRL’s brand strategy and marketing performance across both retail and digital platforms. The role involves leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal launches, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives that align with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, retail operations, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support both offline and online channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing budgets, channel mix, and content strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities within local and international markets.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to maintain brand integrity.
- Safeguard the brand identity across all marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior or executive marketing roles within retail, fashion, or consumer brands, demonstrating a track record of measurable growth.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including team coaching, performance management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in brand strategy, campaign planning, and integrated marketing across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media, e-commerce, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- High creativity, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within or closely with the Lahore fashion and retail market.
- Understanding of regional and international consumer trends.
