This role is not a virtual assistant position. We are seeking a highly capable and proactive operator to work closely with the Director of Sales and Strategy at Stravion Investment, based in Dubai. You will be given clear objectives and expected to independently determine the best approach, execute the work, test outcomes, and deliver results along with any key decisions that require escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead pipeline by researching prospects, drafting personalized responses, following up diligently, and maintaining accuracy within the Zoho CRM system.
- Address "find a better way" requests by conducting research, comparing options, testing solutions, recommending improvements, and implementing new processes.
- Produce a monthly AI tools report that identifies technologies capable of saving time, complete with testing results and supporting evidence.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports designed to facilitate quick, informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills in clear, warm English that would meet the standards of a CEO’s correspondence.
- Daily practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for meaningful work, with the ability to demonstrate this expertise.
- Hands-on experience building at least one automation using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Proven track record of maintaining CRM data accuracy over an extended period.
- Strong attention to detail with a habit of thoroughly reviewing work before considering it complete.
- Availability to work core hours from 11:00 to 17:00 Dubai time (UAE daytime hours).
Please note, this position is not suitable for candidates who require a daily task list, have not used AI tools for real work, or cannot work during UAE business hours.
