We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Executive – Security & Loss Prevention to join our team and help safeguard company assets while minimizing losses. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure environment across all operations by monitoring security systems, investigating incidents, and implementing effective loss prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security policies and collaborating with various departments to uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct routine security inspections across premises, warehouses, and retail outlets to ensure safety and compliance.
- Investigate incidents involving theft, fraud, or policy violations, and prepare detailed, accurate reports.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain adherence to security standards and protocols.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary to support investigations and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of incidents, security logs, and audit findings for review and analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments regularly and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential threats.
- Train staff on security awareness and loss prevention techniques to foster a culture of vigilance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and emergency response procedures are followed effectively during incidents.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in security operations or loss prevention, with retail experience being an advantage.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify and resolve security issues.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential situations.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000. The role requires working on-site to ensure direct oversight and immediate response to security matters.

Work Location:
On-site presence is mandatory to effectively manage security operations and coordinate with various teams.
