Executive Supply Chain Management

The Executive Supply Chain Management position is a full-time, on-site role located in Ferozewala. This role is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from demand planning and inventory control to coordinating with production and logistics teams. The executive will ensure an uninterrupted supply of gases by closely monitoring stock levels, optimizing reorder points, and tracking supplier performance. Timely delivery to customers and distribution centers is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement coordination.
- Monitor daily stock levels and adjust reorder points to maintain optimal inventory.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business needs.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend process improvements for cost efficiency and enhanced service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all supply chain functions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational workflows and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in supply chain planning and inventory control, with the ability to manage the complete material flow cycle.
- Strong analytical capabilities in data interpretation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments; experience in gases, chemicals, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
