Executive - Textile Division

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and oversee supply chain operations within the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import and export processes, coordinating local operations, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage shipment issues, liaise with banks for payment-related matters, and maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including import and export activities.
- Coordinate local operations and collaborate closely with relevant internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with customers regarding any shipment concerns, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.
- Liaise with banks to handle payments, remittances, and other financial transactions related to shipments.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or related role, preferably within the textile industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, including import, export, and local operational processes.
- Proven experience in managing customer interactions, resolving shipment issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Familiarity with banking procedures related to payments, remittances, and shipment-related financial transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
