We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong expertise in supply chain management. This position requires working on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs37,860.21 to Rs215,999.70.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth procurement and distribution processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to prevent shortages or excess.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar supply chain role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-person work environment.
