Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to prospective students regarding international admission requirements, application processes, and program options.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study abroad pathways.
- Review academic documents to ensure completeness and compliance with institutional standards.
- Guide applicants through form submissions, application deadlines, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with international institutions to facilitate application processing and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and follow up promptly on application statuses.
- Deliver excellent customer service through in-person meetings, phone conversations, and digital communication channels.
- Support outreach initiatives, including information sessions and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
- Contribute to internal process improvements aimed at enhancing the overall applicant experience.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach to effectively support and guide applicants.
- Solid knowledge of international admissions and education systems to provide accurate advice on study abroad options and requirements.
- Clear and professional communication skills for conducting consultations, handling documentation, and liaising with institutions.
- Relevant experience in student counseling, admissions, or study abroad consulting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in the Faisalabad District, managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, databases, and online communication tools to support daily operations.
- Understanding of visa processes, international education frameworks, and scholarship opportunities is desirable.
