EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

We are a boutique meat store seeking a dedicated and experienced accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions related to Goods Received Notes (GRN), sales records, profit and loss statements, audits, and stock inventory. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records related to Goods Received Notes (GRN) and sales transactions.
- Prepare and manage Profit and Loss (PNL) statements to provide clear financial insights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee stock inventory records, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry and record keeping.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within retail or inventory-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in managing GRN, sales documentation, PNL statements, audits, and stock inventory records.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
