Experienced Cold Caller – US Region

HiQain, a dynamic and rapidly growing digital solutions company based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 4, Karachi, is seeking experienced Cold Callers to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. Specializing in mobile app and web development, Shopify and eCommerce solutions, branding, custom software development, graphic design, and comprehensive digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, and PPC, HiQain offers a vibrant environment for professionals aiming to advance their careers in international sales and client acquisition. The role requires working night shifts, with timings either from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls targeting potential clients primarily in the US market.
- Professionally introduce and promote HiQain’s range of digital services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify viable sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful sales conversations.
- Handle objections effectively, overcome rejections, and maintain control of calls.
- Assess client needs and gauge their interest in digital solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven cold calling experience, preferably targeting the US market.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
- Hands-on experience in international outbound calling, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and communicate with decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of generating qualified leads.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
- Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Jauhar will be preferred.
