Experienced FE Verifiers & Closers Required

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Final Expense (FE) Verifiers and Closers to join their team in Rawalpindi on a full-time, onsite basis. This role requires candidates with a strong background in FE campaigns, excellent English communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. The position operates during night shifts, and immediate joiners are highly preferred. Candidates will be responsible for handling calls professionally, verifying information, closing sales, and consistently meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification and closing activities within the Final Expense campaign.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure accurate data collection and validation during the verification process.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and outcomes.
- Work onsite during assigned night shifts and adhere to scheduled breaks without unscheduled late sittings.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, specifically within the Final Expense campaign.
- Proven experience as an FE Verifier or Closer.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
- Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.
