We are seeking an HR Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of practical recruitment experience to join our team based in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. This role requires confidence in handling multiple vacancies simultaneously and supporting basic HR and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and shortlist candidates who meet job requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with management and department heads.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and track recruitment progress.
- Follow up consistently with shortlisted candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Facilitate offer coordination and onboarding for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Assist with basic HR functions and employee onboarding procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment or hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability in candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience recruiting for roles in IT, software development, sales, customer support, or tele-sales will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
- Candidates should be prepared to work in person and demonstrate strong follow-up skills throughout the recruitment process.
