Experienced Plumber

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with water, gas, drainage, and waste systems, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform thorough system testing to maintain optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Installation: Lay out, assemble, and install pipes, fixtures, and fittings for water, gas, drainage, and waste systems. This includes reading blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and connection of plumbing components.

Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems such as clogged drains, leaking pipes, burst lines, and malfunctioning water heaters. Perform timely repairs to minimize downtime and prevent further damage.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout all phases of work. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to protect both workers and clients.

System Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on installed pipe systems using pressure gauges and water to detect leaks or weaknesses. Ensure all systems operate efficiently before project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a plumber with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues effectively.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Physical capability to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

While not mandatory, certifications or licenses relevant to plumbing are highly desirable. Candidates with experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects will be given preference.
