Allied School Hassan Campus is seeking experienced, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our Early Years section, which includes Playgroup, Nursery, and Kindergarten. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who have a strong understanding of early childhood development and can create a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment that supports young children’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational activities tailored to young learners.
- Develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and communication skills in children.
- Employ interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance engagement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor children’s learning progress and developmental milestones regularly.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with parents and school administration.
- Support the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant educational qualifications in early childhood education or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience teaching preschool or early childhood learners is essential.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and teaching methodologies.
- Creative skills in classroom management and activity planning.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Training or certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates residing in Baghbanpura or nearby areas of Lahore will be given preference.
- Salary ranges from PKR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and professional capabilities.
- This is an in-person teaching position at the Hassan Campus.
