Experienced Product Manager (Remote – Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Part-Time Product Manager to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role requires a commitment of 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexible working hours. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, and marketing teams to enhance workflows, optimize app performance, and drive growth across both mobile and web platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth product execution, prioritizing features aligned with business goals, and leveraging data analytics to improve user engagement and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Execution: Lead daily development sprints within your 4-hour work window, proactively removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery of new features.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Define clear feature objectives, write detailed technical requirements, and manage the product backlog to align with strategic business priorities.
- Data & Growth Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics such as retention, churn, and conversion funnels using platforms like Firebase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and RevenueCat to refine product flows.
- UX/UI Oversight: Work closely with design teams to review user journeys, onboarding processes, and UI wireframes, driving continuous improvements in user experience.
- Monetization Optimization: Evaluate and enhance in-app subscription models, freemium conversion rates, and advertising monetization strategies to maximize revenue.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably with a focus on mobile applications or SaaS products.
- Availability: Ability to dedicate 4 consistent hours daily, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Technical & Analytics Skills: Proficiency with project management and analytics tools such as Jira, Trello, Linear, Firebase, GA4, and RevenueCat.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment.
