Experienced Sale Closer

Trans Global Services (TGS), a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Closer for its US Auto Warranty campaign. Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Present US Auto Warranty plans clearly, highlighting their benefits.
- Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs.
- Professionally manage customer objections and apply effective closing techniques.
- Follow up with prospective customers as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Adhere to campaign procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Continuously refine sales techniques to improve conversion rates and overall performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Closer.
- Strong background in US-based telesales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Proficient in persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Confident, self-motivated, and highly target-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
