One Stop BPO is seeking confident and experienced Sales Closers to join our onsite sales team based in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle customer objections and close deals. This is a full-time, onsite position located on Range Road, Rawalpindi, with night shifts. We offer a competitive salary package starting at PKR 100,000 basic, along with incentives that can increase total earnings up to PKR 250,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers primarily through calls and close sales effectively.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Sales Closer.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a call center or BPO sales environment.
- Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate successfully.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Only candidates with relevant closing experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience dealing with US-based customers is highly preferred.
