Experienced sales closer

One Stop BPO is seeking confident and experienced Sales Closers to join our onsite sales team based in Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires professionals who have a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle customer objections and close deals. The role operates during the night shift and offers a competitive salary package with a basic pay of PKR 100,000 plus incentives that can reach up to PKR 250,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and effectively communicate product or service benefits.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Manage sales calls primarily with US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve collective goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically as a Sales Closer.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate clearly with customers.
- Previous experience working in a call center or BPO environment with a focus on sales.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Only candidates with relevant closing experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
