Experienced Sales girl

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with clients to understand their needs, present our furniture and interior design solutions effectively, and convert inquiries into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally assist visitors and clients in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present and explain furniture collections and interior design solutions clearly.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with design, production, and management teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer information.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments to ensure timely closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Target-oriented with a strong motivation to achieve sales goals.
