Experienced Sales Representative – UAE Du/Etisalat Campaign

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives with a proven background in UAE telecom campaigns, specifically with Du or Etisalat. This full-time role is based in Karachi and requires candidates to have prior experience working on Du or Etisalat campaigns, as this is a mandatory requirement. The position involves engaging with UAE customers through outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Candidates must be confident communicators with strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to UAE customers to promote Du and Etisalat products, packages, and offers.
- Clearly explain plans and services to potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively to facilitate sales closure.
- Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and call logs.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience working on Du or Etisalat UAE telecom campaigns is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in international sales or call center environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with UAE customers and understanding their needs.
- Target-driven mindset with a high level of motivation and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
- Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a morning shift schedule.
