Experienced Salesperson – Clothing Brand

We are looking for a skilled and professional Salesperson to join our well-established clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing a premium shopping experience. This role involves engaging customers effectively, understanding their preferences, and recommending products that enhance satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify customer preferences and suggest suitable clothing and products.
- Offer detailed guidance on designs, sizes, colors, fabrics, and product features.
- Consistently meet daily, monthly, and seasonal sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, product requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Keep product displays attractive and maintain a clean, organized sales area.
- Support billing processes, stock coordination, and other daily store operations.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and product availability.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in clothing, fashion retail, boutiques, or recognized apparel brands.
- Proven sales skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of clothing trends, fashion, and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location: Tariq Road, Opposite Rabi Center, Karachi
- Working Hours: 12 PM to 10 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary Range: Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 per month
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the store.
