EXPERIENCED TICKETING OFFICER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Specialist with hands-on experience in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both domestic and international air ticketing operations, including proficiency in web-based airline portals and direct airline booking systems. Key Responsibilities

- Utilize GDS platforms like Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus to create and manage passenger name records (PNRs), issue tickets, and process reissuances, cancellations, voids, and refunds.
- Operate web-based airline portals and direct booking systems to secure reservations and manage ticketing transactions.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, taxes, and ticketing policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle ticketing requests promptly while resolving any operational issues that arise during the booking and ticketing process.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors in ticket issuance and fare calculations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and working efficiently under pressure.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with major GDS platforms such as Galileo, Sabre, and/or Amadeus.
- Strong familiarity with web-based airline portals and direct airline booking systems.
