Experienced UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic software development team based in Peshawar. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to design intuitive, modern, and engaging digital experiences across a range of software products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into high-quality product designs. This role demands ownership of design projects from initial concepts and user flows through to final implementation, with a strong emphasis on UX thinking, visual design, and practical software development knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and software applications.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in product discovery, requirements gathering, and design discussions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation as needed.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI libraries, and design guidelines.
- Ensure design consistency across products and platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and incorporate feedback.
- Work with developers during implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs.
- Review implemented features to identify UI/UX issues and areas for improvement.
- Use customer feedback, product analytics, and usability findings to enhance user experience continuously.
- Identify complex user and business problems and develop simple, practical design solutions.
- Maintain design documentation and specifications for development teams.
- Contribute to establishing and improving company-wide UI/UX design processes and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within a software development or technology company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX work.
- Proven experience designing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, enterprise software, or mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent professional design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and modern UI patterns.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers and understand technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
