Expert Channel Planning

In this role, you will analyze channel data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop smarter KPIs, stronger incentives, and scalable distribution strategies. Collaborating across teams, you will enhance channel performance, drive quality subscriber acquisition, and ensure the retail network supports sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Channel Performance: Design and manage comprehensive channel KPI scorecards and definitions to enable transparent performance tracking. Support an effective pay-for-performance incentive model that motivates the channel network.

- Strengthen Channel Governance: Review and refine existing channel policies and frameworks to improve governance structures and operational efficiency.

- Maximize Acquisition ROI: Lead the end-to-end budgeting process for acquisitions and strategically allocate investments across channels to optimize efficiency and returns.

- Scale Retail Engagement: Develop initiatives that enhance retail engagement, improving channel effectiveness and enabling quality subscriber acquisition at scale.

- Align Targets Across the Channel: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, align, and cascade KPI targets, ensuring focused execution throughout the sales channel.

- Turn Insights into Action: Leverage channel and market insights to identify opportunities for performance improvement and continuously refine channel planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail channel planning, channel strategy, or sales channel execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions and drive alignment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in influencing stakeholders and conveying ideas clearly.

- A proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

- Solid understanding of channel performance metrics, KPIs, incentive models, and acquisition dynamics is highly advantageous.
