We are seeking an Expert Data Center Infra Operations professional to manage the operations, optimization, and modernization of these critical facilities. This role involves close collaboration with Technology teams, Business Partners, SCM/Finance, CRA, Enterprise, Customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely project delivery. The position emphasizes Data Center KPI management, operational excellence, energy optimization, OPEX reduction, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Data Center passive infrastructure KPI performance and availability are consistently met.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of DGs, ATS, UPS, rectifiers, batteries, FDSS, and precision cooling systems, ensuring SLA compliance with Facility and Logistics Management (FLM) partners.
- Plan and implement initiatives focused on Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Drive operational excellence by enhancing systems and processes across infrastructure operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 physical security standards, PTA regulations, and TIA-942 guidelines at certified sites, while supporting legacy sites in certification preparation.
- Monitor and analyze Data Center infrastructure performance using DCIM and other relevant tools.
- Manage effective white-space utilization within Data Centers according to industry best practices.
- Analyze power and cooling system utilization, support capacity forecasting, and manage end-of-life (EOL) cycles for critical equipment.
- Lead AI adoption and automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Review and update DCIO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with evolving business needs.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with FLM Business Partners to ensure service quality.
- Perform joint visits for new service installations, infrastructure expansions, audits, and external customer engagements, providing actionable feedback.
- Prepare project plans and coordinate with Planning and Technology teams to ensure timely execution of Data Center modernization, expansion, and greenfield projects.
- Manage inventory and assets related to Data Centers and Core Sites effectively.
- Review FLM invoices and ensure accurate processing for regional sites in accordance with SOPs.
- Support line management with routine and special assignments as required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in ICT Passive Infrastructure and Power Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Systems Engineering from a reputable university.
- In-depth knowledge of TIA-942 Rated III and Uptime Tier III standards.
- Proven experience in ICT and Core Passive Infrastructure project management.
- Strong focus on AI adoption and automation of systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, teamwork, and collaboration.
