Expert Financial Planning & Analysis

JazzCash is seeking an Expert in Financial Planning & Analysis to transform financial insights into a compelling performance story for the company. As a key member of the team based in Islamabad, you will focus on reporting and analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of the digital financial services (DFS) business. Your role will involve KPI reporting, forecasting, and evaluating actual performance against targets and business plans. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including DFS product and service teams as well as banking partners, to ensure financial inputs are accurate and realistic.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports that are complete, accurate, and aligned with business definitions.
- Develop and maintain performance management dashboards to analyze business outcomes against key metrics.
- Produce periodic management reports and presentation decks for senior management and shareholders.
- Support business teams in forecasting and business plan preparation, while tracking actual performance against targets.
- Organize and participate in business challenge meetings to drive actionable insights.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration with product, service, and bank teams for reliable financial data.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years focused on management reporting, business analytics, or performance management.
- A relevant undergraduate or graduate degree, or a professional finance certification.
- Practical experience in building financial models using Excel; familiarity with BI tools and SQL is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills combined with solid business acumen and a deep understanding of financial concepts and numbers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner. Experience in telecom, banking, or financial services sectors is preferred, with fintech exposure considered an advantage.
