Exploration Geologist

We are looking for a skilled Exploration Geologist with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mineral exploration, specifically within Balochistan. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong field expertise in managing diamond core and reverse circulation (RC) drilling campaigns. A thorough understanding of regional mineralization processes, including porphyry, epithermal, and hydrothermal systems, is essential. This role requires practical knowledge of drill-site management, core logging, sampling protocols with a focus on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and rig operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee diamond core and RC drilling campaigns in the field, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
- Conduct detailed core logging and maintain accurate geological records.
- Implement and monitor sampling protocols, ensuring strict adherence to QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate drill-site activities, including rig operations and logistics support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of direct experience in mineral exploration, particularly in Balochistan or similar geological settings.
- Proven expertise in managing diamond core and RC drilling campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of regional mineralization styles, including porphyry, epithermal, and hydrothermal systems.
- Proficiency in core logging and sampling techniques with a focus on QA/QC procedures.
