Export Customer Service and Pricing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing export pricing, bookings, and client communications while ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. This role requires strong coordination skills with shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCCs, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, timely, and profitable rate quotations for Air, LCL, and FCL export shipments to both existing and prospective clients.
- Secure space allocations and manage bookings efficiently with shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCCs to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Maintain proactive communication with exporters regarding sailing schedules, cut-off times, and loading statuses to keep clients well-informed.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and Air Waybills (AWB), ensuring full compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in export operations, freight forwarding, customer service, or pricing within the logistics industry.
- Solid understanding of Air, LCL, and FCL export processes and documentation requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and service providers.
- Ability to coordinate and build relationships with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and clients to optimize shipment handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Compensation and Work Location

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. This position requires the candidate to work on-site to facilitate direct coordination and operational efficiency.
