We are looking for a skilled Export Documentation Specialist to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing all export-related documents while ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and timely submission of shipping documents. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage all export documentation, including shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other relevant export documents. Ensure that all paperwork complies with international trade laws and company policies. Submit shipping instructions and related documents promptly to meet shipping deadlines. Coordinate effectively with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Stay updated on export compliance requirements and international trade regulations to minimize risks and maintain adherence.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of five years’ experience in export documentation or a related role within the textile industry is essential. A strong understanding of international trade regulations and export compliance is required. Proven ability to handle multiple export documents accurately and efficiently is necessary. Excellent communication and coordination skills are important for working with cross-functional teams. The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex documentation processes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with digital export documentation systems and software will be an advantage. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs125,000 to Rs150,000 per month. The position requires on-site presence, which supports close collaboration with internal teams.
