Tsg Commodities is seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing export documentation to ensure smooth and compliant international shipping operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies by carefully reviewing export documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Incoterms and apply them appropriately in export documentation processes.
- Handle the management and verification of bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate export shipments.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to gather necessary documentation.
- Monitor export document deadlines and ensure timely submission to avoid shipment delays.
- Assist in resolving any export documentation discrepancies or issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
