Export Manager

Amros Pharmaceutical is seeking a motivated and experienced Export Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company’s international growth by managing export operations and expanding our presence in global markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in export management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective export strategies to enhance the company’s global market reach.
- Oversee all facets of the export process, including logistics coordination, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with international clients and business partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ensure all export activities adhere strictly to national and international laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an export management role.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and coordinate export operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred, with at least 2 years in pharmaceuticals considered an advantage.
