Export Marketing and sales Manager – Home Textile

Based in Faisalabad, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 200,000, depending on experience and capabilities. We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Export Marketing and Sales Manager with a strong background in Home Textiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding international business, maintaining robust relationships with overseas buyers, generating export orders, and overseeing the entire merchandising process through to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to drive business growth in international markets, including Europe, the USA, Australia, and other regions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with international buyers to secure new export orders.
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to final shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate approvals for fabrics, accessories, trims, samples, and other production requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of goods necessary for production and shipment schedules.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet buyer specifications and delivery timelines.
- Achieve monthly export sales and container shipment targets as agreed.
- Identify new business opportunities through B2B marketing, digital platforms, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about international textile market trends and buyer demands.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in export marketing and merchandising within the textile industry.
- Strong expertise in Home Textiles, including hotel textiles, hospital textiles, towels, and blankets.
- Proven track record of successfully dealing with international buyers and generating export orders.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end merchandising and shipment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Lahore or Faisalabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Performance Expectations

- Experience in B2B business development and social media marketing is highly desirable.
- The candidate should be capable of generating export business equivalent to at least 1 to 2 containers per month.
- During the three-month probation period, the expectation is to secure business equivalent to a minimum of 3 containers.
