We are seeking a dedicated Export Officer to join our team at Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably within the textile export industry. This role requires handling various export-related processes, including documentation, shipment coordination, and financial instrument management. The candidate must be a graduate from an HEC-recognized university and possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), financial instruments, and maintain consistent follow-ups with banks.
- Prepare and oversee export documentation such as Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, certificates, and declarations.
- Verify all export documents against Purchase Orders and Goods Declarations to ensure accuracy.
- Handle PSW (Pakistan Single Window) and WeBOC (Web Based One Customs) operations efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments including Less than Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), and part shipments.
- Prepare Container Examination Reports and maintain Container Detain Sheets to track container status.
- Manage shipment bookings and ensure timely submission of Shipping Instructions (SI) within deadlines.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, baling teams, merchandisers, and transporters.
- Monitor shipments closely to guarantee timely delivery and accurate documentation throughout the export process.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Export Officer.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, banking documentation, PSW, and WeBOC systems.
- Proven experience in handling export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the textile export industry, particularly with Terry Towels and Home Textiles, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific export requirements and documentation will be an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
