Exports Manager - Documentation

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Exports Manager with a strong background in export documentation and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the export process, particularly within the textile industry, and be capable of managing all aspects of export operations efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and regulatory authorities. The position is based in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with customs clearance procedures and export regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth export operations.
- Handle banking documentation and Letter of Credit (LC) procedures related to exports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all export-related paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to export shipments.
- Monitor and update export processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in textile exports documentation.
- Strong expertise in export documentation and procedures, including familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
- In-depth knowledge of customs clearance, export regulations, banking documentation, and LC procedures.
- Proven ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated location.
