EY is seeking a skilled Collibra Architect with expertise in data analytics to join its Consulting Services team in Hyderabad. This role offers the opportunity to work within EY’s financial services practice, supporting leading Fortune 500 companies across banking, insurance, and capital markets. The successful candidate will contribute to designing and managing large BI and analytics solutions using visualization tools such as OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The position demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication to help embed data-driven decision-making within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate as a team member on various technical streams of OBIEE/OAC implementation projects.
- Provide product and design-level technical best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to project leads.
- Use an issue-based approach to support growth, market, and portfolio strategy engagements.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to building a quality culture within the organization.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to support team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), MCA, or MBA with relevant industry experience.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with OBIEE and OAC, including end-to-end implementation.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Informatica, ODI, or SSIS.
- Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and RPD logical modeling.
- Experience with BI Publisher and agent configuration.
- Knowledge of security implementation within OAC/OBIEE environments.
- Ability to manage self-service data preparation, data synchronization, and curated datasets.
- Experience managing connections to multiple data sources, both cloud and on-premises, using various data connectors in OAC.
- Skilled in creating pixel-perfect reports, managing catalog content, dashboards, prompts, and calculations.
- Ability to create datasets, map layers, and multiple data visualizations and stories within OAC.
- Strong understanding of data models such as snowflake, star schema, data marts, and data lakes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with migrating OBIEE on-premises solutions to Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database and strong data warehousing concepts.
- Solid data modeling skills and proficiency in SQL/PLSQL with analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Cloud experience is an added advantage.
