Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities on the workshop floor. The ideal candidate will lead fabricators, welders, and machine operators to ensure that all cutting, fit-up, and assembly tasks are completed accurately according to design drawings and within set deadlines. This role requires a strong focus on minimizing material waste, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining workshop machinery while strictly adhering to occupational health and safety standards. The position is based in Hub Chowki, Nazar Chowrangi, Balochistan, near Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide fabricators, welders, and machine operators on the production floor to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all cutting, fit-up, and assembly work aligns with design drawings and is completed within deadlines.
- Minimize material wastage and continuously seek ways to optimize the production workflow.
- Maintain workshop machinery in good working condition and enforce occupational health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising production teams, particularly fabricators, welders, and machine operators.
- Strong understanding of reading and interpreting design drawings.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of workshop machinery maintenance and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work on-site at the specified location.
