We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize high-budget B2B campaigns on Meta platforms. This full-time remote position is open to candidates based in the Philippines, Pakistan, or Latin America, with working hours aligned to U.S. client business hours requiring time-zone overlap. The role involves managing approximately $4,000 per day in ad spend, focusing on targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, lead generation, and overall campaign performance. The ideal candidate approaches ad accounts like a business, using data-driven insights to make swift optimizations and proactively improve results.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Facebook/Meta Ads strategy for B2B campaigns.
- Manage and optimize daily ad spend of around $4,000.
- Build and test custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.
- Develop targeting strategies aimed at B2B decision-makers.
- Collaborate with creative teams by briefing on new concepts, messaging, and testing opportunities.
- Conduct structured A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaign performance.
- Monitor daily budget pacing and reallocate spend based on real-time results.
- Track key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) volume, and pipeline contribution.
- Quickly identify creative fatigue and underperforming campaigns to implement timely adjustments.
- Align targeting and messaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), sales funnels, and lead qualification criteria.
- Provide clear and actionable performance updates and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing high-budget Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably with daily spends exceeding $1,000.
- Strong background in B2B Meta advertising and lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Instant Forms, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), off-platform conversion tracking, and automated rules.
- Solid understanding of key metrics such as CPL, CPA, MQLs, ROAS, and pipeline performance.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools to assess downstream lead quality.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
- Fluent English with strong written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates who take full ownership of campaign performance, make data-driven decisions independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach will thrive in this role. A genuine interest in understanding B2B buyer behavior and what drives qualified conversions is essential. Success in this position is measured by efficient CPL and CPA, consistent generation of qualified B2B leads, strong MQL volume and pipeline contribution, accurate daily budget pacing, continuous improvement through structured testing, and rapid identification of performance issues and creative fatigue.

The interview process includes an initial screening call, a video interview via Spark Hire, followed by recruiter and client interviews before an offer and onboarding.

If you have proven experience managing high-spend B2B Meta campaigns and excel at turning paid media budgets into qualified leads and pipeline growth, we encourage you to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on performance marketing in a fully remote capacity.
