Facilitator (SPKU)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Facilitator (Sales Girl/Boy) to join our team at the Sports Pavilion, Karachi University. This full-time position involves engaging with guests, ensuring their safety, and creating an enjoyable environment. The role requires working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM on weekdays and 3 PM to 12 AM on weekends. The salary package includes a base pay of Rs. 40,000 along with overtime, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate and supervise specific attractions or activities, ensuring guest safety and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Conduct safety checks and provide clear instructions to guests before participation.
- Organize and lead games, competitions, and fun activities to enhance the customer experience.
- Promote safety by ensuring guests follow all rules and guidelines.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Share positive feedback with staff to recognize outstanding service.
- Clean and organize the facility before opening hours to maintain a welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (equivalent to high school completion).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month.
